What sustainable SEO has to do with vitamins
Okay, I know that title sounds like a spammy email trying to sell you the natural cure-all remedies of bung seed extract, but I promise it is not.
I was doing some Spring cleaning one day, and I realized that I had accumulated a dozen full bottles of various vitamins that had all expired and were utterly useless.
So I threw them away, telling myself I am not really a vitamin person anyways; I was pretty terrible at forming habits so trying to take my vitamins every day was a useless exercise.
Later that year, I started taking medication that had to be taken at the same time every day.
After weeks of forgetting every day if I took the damn pill or not ( mid-thirties, entrepreneur brain, am I right?).
I finally decided I needed a set of processes to avoid missing any days. So I got one of those monthly pill organizers and set an alarm on my phone, making it pretty much impossible to miss a day.
It wasn’t until a few months later that it suddenly dawned on me I could add some daily vitamins in the same pill organizer, and voila, I would instantly take them every day.
And that is the story of how I efficiently formed the habit of taking vitamins every day. It feels like I cracked a tiny part of the being an adult code.
What is the last little piece of the being adult code that you cracked, and how? Please tell me your secrets.
What is my whole point in telling you this riveting story?
