Shipping policy

All orders are digital downloads and are available immedietly after receiving your order confirmation email. 

Because of the nature of the products being digital we do not  accept returns. 

If you are having problems with the download of the product, please email us as soon as possible at hello@katydidpgh.com with your order number.  We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
